Thank you. By the way the gravel area that looks like a road is really the salt and gravel put on the sheets of ice in the shopping mall parking lot ground in the walkway out the mall.

Yes, the roads, sidewalks and walkways are usually the first priority here. There is even a law about shoveling one’s own driveway and sidewalk within 24 hours of snow…For safety reeasons.

Yes, in terms of the snow management and roads yes indeed. But like everywhere in the there are other areas not so well organized. But at least traffic goes smoothy in winter thanks to the good systems in place.
