  1. So peacefully the haiku unfolds
Unravelling the strings of my heart

“Comb your fingers through the roots to loosen the strands”

    Breathe in between
    Cloistered, relaxed,
    far from the maddening
    crowd
Enjoying the day in my convent.

    Beautiful image
    Destresssing poetry.

    1. I like the phrase “de-stressing” so very much what the end of the week one hopes brings.
Your “combing” imagery is beyond exsquite.
Thank you for the generosity of your discerning comments. So lovely to read and sense their height and breadth from your meditations with the poem
      Much respect!

      1. Thank you Poet, yes this is how I meet my weekends these days. With utter abandonment I embrace the freedom and no routine that accompany my weekends. Today is an exceptionally relaxing day
Yes, I’m happy you enjoyed the phrasing as well.
You are most welcome, I enjoyed immersing myself in this haiku.
