    Still free
    Waiting for a golden band.

    It’s a difficult haiku
    I’m trying to find the connection
    In this 5/7/5, to be quite honest
    Very technical

    1. Yes, I see the thumb, too…
      The haiku perhaps speaks to the shift in temperature the “digits” on a glass thermometer as temperatures move up or down as the seasons drift into the high numbers in summer. Also, perhaps alluding to the modern treatment of a handshake…high fives with one hand..
