    It’s crunch time

    We’ve also seen; overtime the prices of lettuce (let-us) sky-rocketing.

    That sent my head spinning too
    Should I toss it,
    or should I toss it?

    With rocket my favourite herb.

  10. My maternal grandfather spent most of his working years managing a wholesale produce business which supplied many restaurants and grocery stores. He would sometimes refer to iceberg lettuce as winter cabbage, when other leafy vegetables were in short supply.
