It’s a perfect tribute to the development of self awareness to make sure we are disrupting our thought and habit patterns, which ensures we are not repeating the past, instead creating the future. It’s also nice to have those around us that can help us too, when we are stuck. Awesome poem, Suzette. Happy Sunday, my friend!

    1. A beautiful reflection Jeff. You are right I think, that disrupting our comfort zone with a view to enlarging our awareness of self is key to who we are becoming. A bonus is when those around can offer support.
