    Deforestation can be such a bugger
    But then to survive
    What to do about the woodcutter
    And lumberjack

    Reminds my of a line from Doby Grey
    Could be the dog humming

    I wanna get lost in your rock ‘n’ roll and drift away
    Yeah, hey, hey, yeah

    Lovely clear image
    Coupled with natural mystical poetry

  2. Oh, how wonderfully insightful. This poem speaks to me of pausing β€œpaws-ing” to consider the expectations we hold, which can be very helpful in avoiding disappointment. Gorgeous poetry, Suzette.
