The Earth
Loves Spring so much
That it hurries
From one hemisphere
To the other, every day
That it is Spring there
Collecting Spring blooms
To exchange for Fall’s harvest
In the other hemisphere.
So that hearts everywhere
Feel the joy of Spring
Twice every year.
Spring is the loveliest season

I am in Autumn here and enjoying seeing Spring through the eyes of poets elsewhere. I am enjoying own a second spring through your words ππ

Suzette, I enjoy how this poem captures simple contrasts between the hemisphere’s seasons. Well done!
