Splash! – A Poem

Spiraling, top-spinning water necklaces, casting

Baroque Majorca fashioned pearls into the ether

To awaiting whirlpools hued in butterscotch amber,

Where resting travelers recharge with regular sips,

Drinking from the Golden River’s satisfying cups.

Its gilded droplets form spiral offerings that rush

Into Neptune’s eternal fountain with a – Splash!

  1. Looks like nature’s casino table in the middle of the forest or the woods at first glance….

Until I felt the refreshing word drops forming such perfectly jewelled thoughts.
