Comfortable – A Poem

What a thing it is, to be comfortable,

In the company of one’s thoughts.

Their plush revelations, malleable,

Sink softly into an ethereal chaise.

And there, to nimbly recline in

Its familiar upholstery – A sumptuous lagoon

In which to swoon, under imagination’s gossamer moon.
