All-You-Can-Eat – A Poem

Image by Rajesh Balouria from Pixabay

Like a giraffe dining from acacia’s upper deck,

A pigeon cranes its neck spying on the patio deck,

With fluttering wings struts onto nature’s all-you-can-eat table,

Quickly cleaning its built-in cutlery, to better savor every morsel.

  1. There are restaurants that are named the upper-deck….so you can imagine what they eat….steak most likely
And what is served in the lower deck out on the patio?

      1. Oh no, I did not, would you be kind enough to tell me the title? Was it about carefully loving a woman? I am honored that I inspired you to write anything. I am flattered. I will explore and read your work today. Thanks for letting me know. Sending hugs of appreciation. 🤗🤗🤗❤️Joni
