No Invitation Required – A poem

In the language of quiet splendor,

Of trees, of blooms and birdsong,

All of nature calls us softly,

To the oneness which we all belong.

The magical still whisper in the trees,

beckons us home,

To that special place:

Where no invitation is required,

Where our heart is the key,

And,

Where we know,

We truly belong.
