To charm everyone – A poem

Image by Hans Braxmeier from Pixabay

Under the streetlight bulbs, where sidewalks meet,

Pedestrians one by one, tiptoe across the street.

Icy days and slalom-like paths will soon be gone –

As crocus bulbs tiptoe upward one by one,

Awaiting their turn, to charm everyone.
