Being as fond of the change in the seasons, I like photos like this where the same place is captured with elements of the different seasons appearing at the same time.
Nature’s transitions are often quite, subtle, and yet eventful. The change in the temperature does not go unnoticed nor the thousands of leaves to rake before the cool wind blows them even further in your backyard.
Transitions in nature, I think echo, the ebb and flow of life. The life in which God is doing a new thing, fighting for you, as defender, protector and Lord. And from his victory springs new life in your heart.
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”- Isaiah 43: 19
